It includes 0.4 ml of 10 x Buffer T2, 0.105 ml of 250 micro gram / ml relaxed DNA, 0.220 ml of 10 mM ATP, 0.550 ml of 5 x gel loading buffer and 0.025 ml of 2000 nM E.coli gyrase (100 x).
